His helped design and develop IT projects in the healthcare, government, non-profit, and corporate industries. Joel’s current role is president for Switchbox, Inc. located in Columbus, Ohio where he continues to enjoy helping clients with the process of integrating technology to improve their businesses.
Adam Jackson - Director of OperationsAfter graduating With Honors from The Ohio State University, Adam spent 6 years at a Fortune 500 company leaving as Vice President in retail sales. He then consulted for numerous non-profit and for-profit companies helping launch and grow them into sustainable and flourishing organizations. Adam holds multiple licenses and certifications with proven skills in sales & marketing, strategy & development, as well as executive leadership and operations. Now, as Director of Operations at Switchbox, Inc., he focuses on interactive strategy and business development while conducting operational and project management.
Emily Krombach - Accounting/BookkeepingMrs. Krombach has extensive experience in customer service, inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, commissions, human resources; she has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management and related accounting. Her Direct responsibilities have included vendor management, inside sales management, staff management, pricing and terms negotiations. Her work environments have included commercial developers, food service dealers and marketing companies. Her current position involves handling the daily Accounting functions for Switchbox.
Eric Tanudji MISM - Senior DeveloperEric Tanudji has worked with software, web applications, and user interface design and development for over 6 years. He joined the consulting field 3 years ago after graduating with a Masters Degree in Information Systems and Management with a concentration in Information System Tools from Keller Graduate School of Management. He also has a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. Specializing in Microsoft.NET and SQL Server database, Eric is a lead web developer for Switchbox, Inc. He has been using his skills on web and software development projects for clients ranging from attorneys, government agencies as well as manufacturing, industrial, insurance, and medical companies.
Cyndi McAlpine - Project ManagerCyndi McAlpine earned a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University and has over 20 years of experience in business development with a proven track record as a leader in organizational change in businesses of all types and sizes. In her corporate career she served as a facilitator for change to implement Total Quality Management across 14 sites through-out North America, and as a liaison between business and IT for enterprise-wide projects. Her last corporate role was as Global Director of eBusiness for a $1.4b multi-national organization. More recently, Cyndi completed five years as an independent business owner of a Business Coaching franchise where she successfully coached over 50 business clients across diverse industries creating sustainable change in their organizations.

Cyndi looks forward to helping Switchbox clients receive extraordinary service with proactive communication, clearly defined project time-lines and deliverables, and working with the Switchbox team of developers to achieve amazing results.

Matt Bohach - Senior DeveloperMatt Bohach has over 11 years of experience in web application development and design. He graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Matt is currently a web developer at Switchbox Inc. where he works individually on medium-sized projects while acting as lead developer on larger projects.
Justin Rich - Senior DeveloperJustin Rich has been working in web based technologies for over 13 years. In this time, Justin has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and been involved with large scale software integrations, data driven websites, and core software engineering. With a focus in .Net and SQL Server, Justin has engineered and developed dozens of applications from the ground up for both the web and internal operations. Recently, Justin has had a lot of focus in Android development and other mobile technologies and looks forward to more advanced mobile development as well as iPhone. Earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems, Justin also pursued a Masters in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and uses these skills acquired to help Switchbox continue to provide excellent solutions to their clients.
Marcus Minor - Web DeveloperMarcus graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Information Sciences and Technology. He works with other developers on smaller sized projects to hone his developing skills.
Stephen Phillips - Web DeveloperStephen Phillips has over 7 years of experience in web development and design. He attended The University of Rio Grande on a full scholarship where he graduated “Computer Science Student of the Year” in 2004.

Stephen has recently become a “Hybrid Programmer” of sorts. Shortly after his graduation, he started his career as a LAMP based web developer (PHP/MYSQL). Over the last 7 years, he has worked on small-large based projects as a PHP web developer for companies in both, Cincinnati and Columbus. Recently, he has begun working on small-large .NET/SQL Server based projects for Switchbox. He occasionally tackles a PHP project, when he gets the time.

Prior to his upgrade to Switchbox, Stephen developed heavily data-driven websites for the housing and automobile industries. From managing large databases, optimizing searches for speed and clarity, and improving the overall user experience, these “ground-up” projects have helped shape Stephen’s programing skills. He always, believes there is room to improve something!
Evan Cummings - Web DeveloperEvan has over 3 years professional experience building data-driven solutions for clients in diverse industries including print, marketing, and distribution. With an extensive background in .NET and SQL Server based technologies, Evan has built various systems in the B2B and B2C space, as well as business critical internal applications with ERP/WMS integration. In addition to his work with .NET, Evan has contributed to, developed, and consulted on several mobile apps on the Android Market. He is a graduate of DeVry University and holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus in Web Development and Administration. Evan is currently a Web Application Developer for Switchbox, Inc. and looks forward to continuing to develop solutions using the latest in web technology.
Angela Simon - Web DeveloperAngela graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008 from DeVry University with a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. She focused her degree on Database Development, Web Development, and Systems Securities. She has an extensive backgrou nd in .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, & MySQL. Upon graduation, Angela developed data-driven applications in the distribution industry and consulted on web projects requiring social networking integration and custom content management. Angela is currently a developer at Switchbox where she is a developer on projects that help deliver innovative solutions that exceed client’s expectations. She looks forward to expanding her web development skills and working with a dynamic and very talented team!
Ninja H. Stephens - Office DogGraduating from Barkley at only age 3, Ninja is a trained HR professional that rules the halls with an iron paw. When it's time to play, everyone knows it. And when it is time for walks he's the first at the door. Kid and client friendly, he's a hit at meetings. He will be the only form of nepotism that you'll find at Switchbox.
