With ‘Year in Review’ posts popping up everywhere, we figured we’d take a look back at life at Switchbox in 2025. Instead of listing features and launches, here is a snapshot of our year and the team behind it all. Cheers to another great year!
Growth
- New Leadership: Celebrated the internal promotion of our President to the CEO role!
- Stats: Celebrated 100% employee retention and 0% client churn.
- New Initiatives: Launched a new website, started a newsletter, and refreshed our brand with a new logo.
- Security: Rolled out comprehensive new security policies and procedures.
- The Team: Rehired 2 alumni team members and added new paid holidays.
Innovation
- AI Exploration: Dove deep into AI models and integrations, including hosting our first “AI Cook-Off Competition.”
- Knowledge Sharing: “Beer & Code” sessions covered everything from n8n Automation and AI tools to Hot Wheels collecting.
- Office Upgrades: Redesigned and painted the office, including the essential addition of “Conference Room B” (our designated basketball court).
Culture
- On the Move: Earned a trip to Austin and attended over 12 conferences.
- Team Fun: Hosted multiple events, held 40+ weekly team lunches, and battled it out at Game Show Battle Rooms.
- Life Updates: Celebrated 1 new baby, 2 new homes, and snapped fresh headshots.
- What Keeps Us Going: Powered by countless pizzas, an endless supply of Coke Zero, and over 200k Slack messages (too many GIFs to count).
