The security and preparedness landscape has evolved significantly. The traditional approach of hiring a few special duty police officers for event protection is no longer sufficient. Heightened global terrorism awareness and increased liability concerns now necessitate comprehensive planning. 

Today’s events demand considerations such as mass gathering protocols, evacuation strategies, public-private partnerships, metal detectors, drone security, snipers, bomb detection equipment, and canine units. Armada LTD. possesses a substantial pool of qualified personnel globally, making resource prioritization and allocation challenging. Clients require experienced security, preparedness, and planning professionals, as well as highly skilled onsite teams for both individual events and long-term engagements. Identifying individuals with the necessary subject matter expertise who can also function as project managers, customer service representatives, and Armada representatives has become increasingly difficult. 

To address this challenge, Switchbox was engaged to develop a unique web-based HR tool designed for the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of personnel within this specialized industry.

Armada’s custom, secure, web-based platform enables management to establish human capital growth strategies. Human resources, project managers, and business development can collaboratively define candidate requirements aligned with current and future opportunities. The system recommends jobs to over 1000 existing candidates and proactively distributes opportunities to new prospects. Beyond identification, the system tracks candidates through online application, interviews, vetting, and onboarding. Armada management can query the system based on specific criteria like location (zip code or country), leadership experience, security clearance, compensation expectations, certifications, and language skills. Recruiters, business development managers, and project managers can directly interact with candidates within the system, ensuring all communications, vetting steps, and document collection are time-stamped and linked to the candidate.
